Geniş ürün yelpazemizde ihtiyaca yönelik farklı sıcaklık dayanımları mevcuttur; örneğin RF-4KS spinel astar malzememiz 1780°C'ye, R-GUN 80 püskürtme malzememiz 1750°C'ye, R-PLAST 60 plastik refrakterimiz ise 1530°C'ye kadar maksimum performansla kullanılabilmektedir.
Hangi tip döküm ocakları ve sektörler için astar üretiyorsunuz?
Alaşımlı ve alaşımsız çelik, pik, sfero ve bakır döküm alan indüksiyon ocakları ile döner ocaklar için profesyonel astar çözümleri üretiyoruz. Aynı zamanda demir-çelik endüstrisi, çimento, petrokimya, termik santraller ve tav fırınlarına yönelik ağır hizmet refrakterlerimiz mevcuttur.
Refrakter betonlarınızın hazırlık aşamasında su oranları nedir?
Kullanılan ürünün yoğunluğuna ve tipine göre su oranları titizlikle ayarlanmalıdır; örneğin RB-50 yüksek mukavemetli betonumuza %10-12, düşük yoğunluklu RB-İZ 40 izole betonumuza ise %30-35 oranında su katılmaktadır. R-PLAST serisi gibi bazı ürünlerimiz ise ilave su gerektirmeden, kullanıma hazır şekilde sunulmaktadır.
Malzemelerinizin standart ambalaj şekli nasıldır?
Endüstriyel ürünlerimiz taşıma ve uygulama kolaylığı sağlaması amacıyla genellikle 25 kg'lık polietilen/kağıt torbalarda veya plastik refrakter grubumuz için 25 kg'lık kutularda muhafaza edilmektedir.
